We are a Czech engineering and manufacturing company specializing in sheet metal parts, welding, and industrial production, primarily for the railway industry.
To expand our presence in Western Europe, we are looking for an independent sales representative / sales agent with proven experience in B2B sales.
Your role:
- Actively acquiring new customers and long-term contracts in the railway industry
- Identifying business opportunities with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and system integrators
- Representing our company to customers in Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria, Benelux, or other Western European markets
- Business negotiations and coordination with our sales and technical team
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
Your profile:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the railway industry and mechanical engineering
- An existing network of contacts in the railway industry is a great advantage
- Independent, motivated, and results-oriented personality
- Ability to communicate in English
- Experience working as a sales representative or sales agent
