Sales Representative (m/f/d) Wanted for Italian Ice Cream Specialties
Established ice cream manufacturer seeks sales partner to support further growth.
We are Elio—a family-run Italian ice cream manufacturer based in the Southern Palatinate—and have been producing high-quality ice cream for over 50 years for food retailers, wholesalers, the foodservice industry, and other commercial customers.
Our products are already successfully distributed through supermarkets, C&C markets, food service establishments, and other retail partners. We are now looking to expand our sales in a targeted manner and are seeking a dedicated, independent sales representative or sales agency (m/f/d).
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for actively marketing our products and acquiring new customers, particularly in the following sectors:
Food retail
Independent supermarkets and regional retail companies
C&C and food wholesalers
Foodservice and hospitality
Ice cream shops and other suitable distribution channels
This isn’t a completely unknown product that needs to be established on the market from scratch. Our ice cream products have been available in stores for many years and are successfully sold by existing customers. Key listings are already in place at REWE Südwest, Wasgau AG, and Kaufland.

We are expressly not looking for a mere “catalog representative,” but rather a sales partner who wants to work with us to develop new customers and sales territories.
Who We’re Looking For
Ideally, you already have contacts in food retail, wholesale, the foodservice industry, or with comparable customers.
We are particularly interested in sales representatives and sales agencies that already represent food or complementary products and can meaningfully integrate our product line into their existing portfolio.
We value initiative, reliability, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Sales Territory
Our current focus is on southwestern Germany. At the same time, we are open to expanding into other regions and sales territories in Germany.
Existing contacts and the exact territorial division can be discussed on an individual basis.
Compensation
The collaboration is on a self-employed basis with attractive, performance-based commissions.
We’ll discuss the commission model, territory protection, and other terms on a case-by-case basis—our priority is to find a sales partner who wants to grow with us over the long term.
