To expand our Germany-wide sales network, we are seeking dedicated, independent sales representatives (m/f/d) in accordance with § 84 HGB who share our passion for exceptional coffee and would like to continue growing with us.
Your Responsibilities
As an independent sales representative, you will independently develop your sales territory and build long-term customer relationships.
Your responsibilities will include, in particular:
Acquiring new customers in the restaurant, hotel, bakery, café, and institutional food service sectors
Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
Selling our premium coffee specialties
Selling professional portafilter machines, coffee grinders, and accessories
Presenting customized coffee concepts
Advising on private-label solutions
Conducting product demonstrations and coffee tastings
Identifying regional market potential
Independently planning and organizing your sales activities
Building long-term partnerships with your customers
Your Profile
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy selling high-quality products.
Ideally, you bring the following:
Sales experience, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or food industries
An existing network of restaurant owners, hoteliers, chefs, or buyers
An independent and structured approach to work
Negotiation skills and a confident demeanor
A passion for high-quality coffee and espresso culture
Self-motivation and a drive to succeed
Willingness to travel within your sales territory
